We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, being very close to downtown and within walking distance of the center. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and experience everything it had to offer. The room itself was beautiful and clean, with plenty of storage space and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was well-heated, providing a cozy and cozy atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty choices, ensuring that we started our day off right.
We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. the rooms are comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms. the staff is friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. the breakfast is great with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and bread.
The sauna could use some maintenance to improve the user experience.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. One of the best things about this hotel was its location - it was really close to downtown. Also, the cleanliness of the room was impressive. The breakfast spread was tasty and had a variety of choices.

The hotel had a great location near the thermal spa and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. the room was big and had plenty of spaces to store clothes. Another advantage was how clean the room and bathroom were.
The negatives outweighed the positives during my Easter stay. the staff didn't speak English well, making communication difficult.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the thermal spa and offered a big room with comfortable beds and a tasty breakfast with several choices. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked basic maintenance and cleanliness, with dusty and dirty areas such as the carpets in the common areas and clothes left under the bed in the rooms. The indoor pool was not included in the price and required an extra fee, which seemed excessive.
